We’re not about to forget our number-one supporters—our families!

We’ve recognized several common traits among our EVCS families—helpful, supportive, and loyal—to name a few. We see this evidenced time and time again at our school functions, when chairs fill up with parents (even grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends!) eager to invest in the educational success of their child.

It’s the loud applause when their child nails their part at their piano recital. It’s the cameras rushing to the front after the school play to snap a proud moment of their student’s performance. It’s even the extra car space they offer during special field trips.

Our families want to see their child succeed, and they show it in their volunteer efforts, even occasionally using their work and life skills for special projects and educational moments.

It makes us smile to see those who take the time to rally around their children, and the effect it has on their learning journey.

Simply said, our families are awesome!
